Caravan Booking Terms & Conditions
The caravan owners may change the Terms & Conditions at anytime. version 1.4 (31st May 2026)
When signing the booking form or paying the full deposit you are confirming that you agree to all of the following Terms & Conditions:
A) Restrictions:
a) The hirer accepting these terms must be at least 21 years old.
b) NO Same sex groups – e.g. Stag and Hen parties.
c) NO Smoking or Vaping anywhere inside the caravan.
d) NO Pets of any kind unless prior permission given
B) Bookings:
a) A £75 deposit must be paid within 7 days to confirm booking. Dates will be released after this period.
b) Provisional bookings will not be accepted under any circumstances.
c) Full Names and Ages of all persons staying in the caravan are required at time of booking for insurance purposes.
d) Full rental charge is due 6 weeks before holiday, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and the deposit not refunded.
C) Deposit:
a) A £75 deposit must be paid to secure booking, this is in addition to the Rental Charge and is refundable.
b) In the event of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
c) Deposit will be returned within 7 days after the caravan has been checked, unless:
1) There have been non-registered persons staying in the caravan.
2) There has been smoking or vaping in the caravan.
3) There have been pets in the caravan.
4) The caravan is vacated after the check out time.
5) There is any damage to the caravan or contents.
6) The caravan in not vacated by the agreed time.
d) Part deposits will not secure dates and will not be returned.
D) Rental Charge:
a) This is in addition to the £75 deposit and must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the holiday.
b) In the event of non-payment the holiday will be cancelled and the dates released for re-sale.
E) Accepted Payment Methods:
a) Bank Transfer.
b) Cash (in exceptional circumstances)
F) Insurance:
a) Names and Ages of all persons staying in the caravan are required to validate insurance.
b) Only named persons may stay in the caravan otherwise any insurance claims will be invalid.
c) Changes to approved guests may be made at the discretion of the caravan owner.
d) Non-approved guests will be denied access to the caravan or if they have been given access all guests will be asked to vacate the caravan immediately.
G) Cancellation:
a) The booking will be cancelled if:
1) the Full Deposit is not received within 7 days of booking
2) the Rental Charge is not received within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday.
b) The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances unless the caravan owner is unable to provide the caravan
for the required period and is unable to provide and alternative date.
H) Damage to Property (The Caravan and/or it’s contents):
a) Please report any accidents, losses or damages caused by you or your party as soon as possible to enable us to respond to the circumstances. Smaller items may be replaced by yourselves if you wish, but the item(s) must be ‘like for like’or we may keep part or all your deposit.
b) Where the damage exceeds the £75 deposit then necessary action will be taken to seek full compensation.
I) Eviction from the Caravan:
You will be evicted from the Caravan and your deposit will not be refunded in the event of:
a) Unreasonable behaviour by any of the guests.
b) Additional, unregistered guests being found in the caravan.
c) Smoking/vaping in or damage to the caravan or any of its contents.
J) Disputes and Harassment:
a) In the event of disputes then a third party may be consulted in order to resolve matters.
b) Repeated/abusive telephone calls, text messages, written correspondence or other contact will not be tolerated.
c) By agreeing to these terms you will not threaten legal action in the event that the deposit is not returned due to any breach of these rules. Any such action will be considered harassment.
d) You will be liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of any breach of these rules.
K) Blacklisting:
a) In the event of non-payment, late departure, damage or breach of any conditions then future bookings may be rejected by us and other caravan owners.
L) Arrival & Departure:
a) Check in 3pm
b) Check out 12pm
